On-Site Workshops
Tailored to Meet Your Needs

In addition to the regional workshops
offered by PSOR, which provide opportunity
to interact with other utilities from different
areas, PSOR will conduct on-site workshops
designed to meet your specifications. These
workshops can cover the entire spectrum of
components of a successful outage
response, or can be focused on specific
areas of need and interest in your company.

Emergency Drill Design,
Development & Coordination

PSOR staff will work with your key response
personnel on-site to design and develop a
drill to test all aspects of the emergency
plan and response process. PSOR staff
will conduct the drill, providing advanced
participant training, and a comprehensive
debrief and critique process following
the exercise.

Personal, On-site Assistance
During or After the Outage

PSOR is prepared to come on-site at the
outset of a major outage and assist in an
advisory capacity at your company's
command center in overseeing and
coordinating the restoration effort. PSOR also offers a post- outage service that includes review, critique, and recommend
-ations for improvement. PSOR will also furnish testimony as requested in any regulatory and/or legal proceedings.
